1. Appointments & Bookings
All appointments must be booked in advance through our booking system, by phone, or in person.
When booking, you will be asked to provide valid card details to secure your appointment.
By booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Cancellations & No-Shows
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the appointment cost.
No-shows (missed appointments without notice) will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.
Repeated no-shows may result in being required to prepay for future appointments.
3. Deposits & Payments
Some services may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
Deposits will be deducted from your final balance at your appointment.
Payments can be made by cash, card, or through our online booking system.
4. Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your treatment, and you may still be charged in full.
5. Patch Tests
For certain treatments (e.g., tinting, lash lift, or brow lamination), a patch test is required at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Failure to complete a patch test may result in your appointment being cancelled and loss of deposit.
6. Age Restrictions
Clients under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Some treatments may not be suitable for minors — please check with us before booking.
7. Health & Safety
Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, or recent treatments before your appointment.
We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it may cause harm to you or our staff.
8. Refunds & Complaints
We do not offer refunds for completed treatments.
If you are unhappy with your service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can assess and resolve the issue where possible.
Retail products can only be refunded if they are unopened, unused, and returned within 14 days with proof of purchase.
9. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
10. Privacy Policy
Your personal details are kept secure and used only for salon communication and appointment management in line with GDPR regulations.
We will never share your information with third parties.
